1. Protection of Personal Data and the Data Controller
Your personal data may be processed within the framework of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), the regulations of the Personal Data Protection Authority and other applicable legislation. In accordance with that legislation, our Company takes all technical and administrative measures necessary to provide an appropriate level of security, in order to prevent the unlawful processing of your personal data, to prevent unlawful access to it and to ensure its safekeeping. As data controller, Tecmony Yazılım Bilişim ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi (the “Company”) may process your personal data in accordance with the legislation, within the scope of the information and purposes set out below.
2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data transmitted while benefiting from the internet access made available to visitors by our Company, and processed for the purpose of establishing the security of our Company, managing access records and fulfilling our obligations arising from legislation, may also be transferred, limited to the conditions and purposes for processing personal data set out in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.
3. To Whom and for What Purpose Personal Data May Be Transferred
Your personal data collected may be transferred to our business partners, shareholders, affiliates, legally authorised public institutions and private law persons, limited to the fulfilment of the purposes set out above and within the framework of the conditions and purposes for processing personal data set out in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698.
4. Method and Legal Basis of Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected by our Company on the legal grounds referred to in paragraphs (b) and (c) above. In this process your personal data is collected electronically through your internet access within our Company, by means of your identity document, through your vehicle registration details, verbally, or via the closed-circuit cameras located within our buildings. The personal data in question may also be processed and transferred for the purposes stated in paragraphs (b) and (c) of this Privacy Notice, within the scope of the conditions and purposes for processing personal data set out in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.
5. Your Rights Regarding the Processing of Personal Data
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to our Company you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is being processed;
- request information if your personal data has been processed;
- learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose;
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your personal data has been transferred;
- request rectification where your personal data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately;
- request the erasure or destruction of your personal data within the conditions foreseen in the relevant article of the Law;
- request that the operations carried out pursuant to subparagraphs (e) and (f) be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred;
- object to a result arising against you from the analysis of your processed data exclusively by automated systems;
- claim compensation where you suffer damage owing to the unlawful processing of personal data.
Pursuant to Article 13(1) of the KVKK, you may submit your request concerning the exercise of the rights set out above to our Company in writing or by the other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. As the Board has not determined any method at this stage, your application must be submitted to our Company in writing in accordance with the KVKK.
To exercise the rights set out above, you may submit your request — containing the information necessary to establish your identity, together with your explanations concerning the right under Article 11 of the KVKK that you wish to exercise — by means of a signed and reasoned petition delivered in person to Tecmony Yazılım Bilişim ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi, Fatih Sultan Mehmet Mahallesi, Balkan Caddesi No: 62/A, Ümraniye/İstanbul, sent via [email protected], or submitted in writing through official channels.
This Privacy Notice (the “Statement”) was prepared on 10 May 2026. Should any change be made to the text of the Statement, its effective date and content will be updated.
