Alotech · Business Partner

Get the Alotech cloud contact centre with its licence, numbers, integration and support from one place

Alotech is an independent cloud contact centre platform based in Türkiye. Tecmony is its business partner: we supply Alotech to your organisation under our own contract, set it up, deliver your numbers into the platform and provide first-line support.

The platform itself is developed and operated by Alotech. Our job is everything around it: voice infrastructure, number delivery, CRM and ERP connections, chatbot integration, and being the one number your team calls during the day.

Stopwatch: the first to answer wins

What does Alotech offer?

Alotech is a ready-made cloud contact centre that runs in the browser with no on-premises PBX hardware. Because it is a ready-made service, deployment is quick; the feature set and roadmap are set by Alotech. For operations with standard requirements that want to start fast, that is an advantage.

Inbound and outbound calls

Queue management, inbound and outbound call handling and reporting are part of the standard scope. For repetitive work such as order taking, a blended setup can combine inbound and outbound in one team.

WhatsApp Business API and WhatsApp Call

Customers write from the WhatsApp chat screen or start a voice call directly from it, with no number to dial and no hold queue. A customer abroad calls over the internet without paying carrier charges.

AI-assisted quality (CX Quality)

Conversations are evaluated with AI so that no call goes unreviewed; quality management covers every call rather than a sample.

Ready-made CRM integrations

Connectors for widely used CRM applications come with the platform. When a connection to your in-house system is needed, we build the integration layer.

Live chat and chatbot

Our own chatbot product Peki connects to the live chat channel; the bot handles routine questions and hands over to an Alotech agent, with the chat history, when a person is needed.

Consent (KVKK) checks

Call and messaging flows proceed after checking consent status; consent management is part of the integrated setup.

Tecmony’s role

The platform is Alotech’s; the layer around it is ours

Licence and contract

You buy the Alotech licence from us; the contract and invoice are with Tecmony, and commercial terms including payment terms are agreed with us. We manage the partnership relationship with Alotech.

Setup and first-line support

We define queues, users and flows and get your team running. A problem during the day comes to us; if it belongs to the platform, we take it to the vendor and follow it up. We hold regular joint working meetings with Alotech.

Number delivery and voice infrastructure

Your existing numbers come down from the carrier to our SBC and VoIP Router layer and are delivered to Alotech from there. Outbound calls leave through the same layer. A number is not tied to one carrier, and a redundant trunk setup keeps calls flowing through a carrier-side outage.

Systems integration

We build the movement of customer records, call recordings and disposition data between Alotech and your CRM, ERP or in-house application. The Peki chatbot connection and custom reporting needs are part of this scope.

How we work

From the decision meeting to go-live

  1. Joint discovery meetingWe listen to your requirements together with the Alotech team. What is covered by Alotech’s standard scope and what needs integration is separated in this meeting.
  2. Quote and contractLicence, number delivery, integration effort and support are presented in one quote, under a Tecmony contract.
  3. Numbers and voice infrastructureThe carrier connection is defined on our SBC layer; inbound calls are routed to Alotech and outbound calls to the carrier. The cut-over is done with the carrier and Alotech teams at an agreed time, after mutual reachability tests are completed.
  4. Configuration and integrationQueues, users and flows are defined; CRM, ERP and chatbot connections are built and tested.
  5. Go-live and supportThe team is trained and the system goes live. From then on, first-line support and coordination with the vendor stay with us.

Who is it for?

  • Operations that want to start quickly: a ready-made cloud service, no hardware, short deployment time.
  • Requirements within standard contact centre scope: queues, inbound and outbound calls, reporting, WhatsApp.
  • Organisations already on Alotech: we take over number delivery, integration and the chatbot layer without touching the platform.
  • Anyone who wants a single point of contact: we handle the coordination between carrier, platform and integration.

When should you look at Voyce instead?

  • If your call flow changes often and you want your own team to build the IVR in a visual designer.
  • If the system has to run on your own server.
  • If you want reports and flows built for you without waiting on the platform’s roadmap. In that case see the Voyce page and the comparison table.

Frequently asked

Frequently asked questions

Do we buy the Alotech licence from you or from Alotech?

From us. The contract and invoice are with Tecmony; licence, setup, number delivery, integration and support sit in the same contract. Alotech operates the platform itself and we are its business partner, so when a product-side issue arises, the party talking to the vendor is us, not you.

We already have an Alotech installation. What would you take over?

We leave the platform side as it is; what we take on is everything around it. Porting your numbers and delivering calls into Alotech, the data flow between Alotech and your CRM, ERP or in-house application, and, if you want it, connecting the Peki chatbot to the live chat channel. If you would like to move your existing licence under our contract, we plan that together with Alotech.

How do you deliver our numbers into Alotech?

Your number terminates on our SBC layer in the carrier’s data centre rather than in your building; inbound calls are routed from there to Alotech’s voice infrastructure, and outbound calls leave through the same layer to the carrier. On cut-over day the carrier, Alotech and our team test mutual reachability, then the switch is made at the agreed hour. Your 444 numbers are carried in the same setup. Details are on the VoIP Router page.

Does the Peki chatbot work with Alotech?

It does. We connect Peki to Alotech’s live chat channel. The bot handles routine questions; when a topic needs an agent, the conversation is handed to an agent in Alotech together with the chat history up to that point. Because Peki is our own product, its integration and customisation sit directly with us.

How do we decide between Alotech and Voyce?

We supply both platforms, so we have no reason to push one over the other. If you want to start fast on a ready-made service and stay within standard scope, Alotech; if you want to build the flow yourself, run it on your own server or have development done for you, Voyce. The table comparing all three options on the same criteria is on the Contact Center Solutions page.

What happens if we want to move to Voyce later?

Because your numbers already terminate in our routing layer, moving means changing the destination the call is delivered to; the number is not ported again and nothing waits on the carrier. Queue and flow definitions are built together on the new platform.
